The role
We are hiring a Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join our marketing and recruiting teams at the Tempe, Arizona clinical site. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone at the junior level who is comfortable working directly with the community. The role combines street-level event marketing with digital outreach to raise awareness of our clinical trials and connect potential participants with study opportunities.
Core responsibilities
- Represent Celerion at community events, health fairs, and outreach activities to educate the public about clinical research and guide interested individuals toward study participation.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, create graphics, monitor engagement, and apply KPI tracking and A/B testing to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Produce digital recaps of outreach events for both internal teams and external audiences while coordinating with the Admissions team to support participant placement in upcoming trials.
Skills and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Spoken fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- One year of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, public relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience promoting brands or products on social media and using Canva for graphic design is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evening community events.
