We are looking for a strategic Marketing Ops Lead to join us in our pursuit of solving digital risk, and we invite you to help us drive our tech stack and operations into the future.

What you'll be doing

• You will define our marketing operations roadmap and review operational processes to ensure accountability and go-to-market success.
• You will own our marketing technology stack, including the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of essential tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
• You will lead a talented team of campaign operations and integration managers while collaborating cross-functionally with sales operations to optimize lead routing and management.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing operations and a passion for building efficient systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in marketing operations at a fast-growing company.
• At least 2 years of management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in marketing automation systems like Marketo and their integration with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, project management, and communication.
• A fundamental interest in the operational underpinnings of digital and email marketing, combined with an obsessive attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What you'll get
