The role
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist on a full-time, on-site basis in India. In this position you will report to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing and take ownership of the marketing technology stack, data integrity, and performance reporting that power our global demand engine.
Core responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operation, integration, and continuous improvement of Marketo, Salesforce, and Power BI, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and every lead is tracked accurately from first touch to closed revenue.
- Build and refine automation programs, lead-scoring models, and attribution frameworks that turn raw interaction data into clear pipeline forecasts and actionable insights for leadership.
- Establish data-governance standards and standard operating procedures that keep our database clean, compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and Indian privacy regulations, and ready to scale with the business.
Skills and experience
- Six to ten years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or a closely related discipline.
- Expert-level command of Marketo and Salesforce, with certifications viewed as a strong plus, plus demonstrated fluency in Power BI for executive dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Proven success designing marketing-automation workflows, segmentation strategies, A/B tests, and lead-management processes that measurably improve conversion and pipeline quality.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a clear understanding of data-privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and Indian data-protection requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into recommendations that influence both marketing and sales leadership.
