About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator for our marketing technology ecosystem, specifically focusing on Marketo. You will work closely with our Demand Generation team to strategize and execute technical programs, including email campaigns, nurture tracks, and event management, while ensuring our data remains clean and actionable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of Marketo, including the implementation of automation campaigns, database maintenance, and the optimization of lead lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our marketing tools with Salesforce, event management platforms, and other essential technologies in our stack.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights, while establishing best practices and providing training to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Systems Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience as a Marketo Administrator, with current or recent certification preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce and Excel.
- A deep understanding of data workflows, architecture, campaign hierarchy, and lead management.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively alongside IT, sales operations, and other non-marketing stakeholders.
