The role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a junior-level position designed for a proactive individual who is eager to grow their career within a dynamic marketing department. You will work in a remote environment, collaborating with our US-based team to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed with precision and excellence.
Core responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring that every initiative meets our brand standards and is delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, which includes managing social media strategies and supporting our event management efforts.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, such as dashboards and internal performance reports, to track the success of our marketing operations.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of marketing processes and campaign management. We value candidates who have experience working in-house or within a marketing agency environment. Key qualifications include:
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on process-driven project management.

Compensation and benefits
