The role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Massy Palaiseau, France, this role offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work remotely for up to two days per week. You will report directly to our Marketing Director, taking ownership of our event strategy and driving lead generation initiatives to support our global growth.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management, execution, and optimization of our demand generation activities, including trade shows, webinars, and seminars.
- Collaborate with our content and design teams to create localized assets that resonate with our target audience and translate event insights into engaging digital content.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to measure effectiveness against key performance indicators and ensure alignment with our broader corporate strategy.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing or event management, ideally within a fast-growing company.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proven success in building collaborative relationships with sales, product, and service teams.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze figures to improve marketing performance.
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Salesforce is highly valued, as is a background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
