The opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to serve as a key player in our marketing department. This role is all about making our operations run like clockwork. You will be the bridge between our strategy and our execution, ensuring that our lead management is sharp, our campaigns are perfectly timed, and our data tells a clear story about our impact. A day in the life
- You will take charge of our lead management lifecycle, building out processes for lead generation, scoring, and the handoff to our sales team.
- You will act as the primary owner of our marketing automation tools, specifically HubSpot, to ensure our campaigns are executed flawlessly and our tracking is accurate.
- You will dive deep into our marketing data to provide actionable insights, creating performance reports that highlight our ROI and guide our future strategy.
Who you are
You are a detail-oriented professional with at least three years of experience in B2B marketing operations. You speak English fluently and have a proven track record of managing marketing automation platforms. You are comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and have a natural ability to collaborate with sales and product teams. You view data as your best friend, and you are always looking for ways to refine and improve existing processes.
