About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this senior-level position, you will report directly to our Marketing Director. Your time will be split between managing our event strategy and developing effective lead generation campaigns to drive company revenue. You will play a vital role in supporting our global marketing growth while ensuring our messaging remains consistent with our corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of our demand generation activities, including trade shows, webinars, and seminars.
- Collaborate with our design and content teams to create localized assets that resonate with our target audience and translate event insights into engaging digital content.
- Analyze program performance using key metrics to provide data-driven insights that inform our future marketing plans and support sales objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing or event management within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze performance figures to improve marketing outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and French.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, product, and service teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads is highly valued, as is previous experience in the B2B SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
Location
This role is based in Massy Palaiseau, France. We offer a hybrid work environment, providing you with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
