We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our remote team and help us optimize our marketing technology stack and drive business growth through data-informed strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including tools like Google Analytics, customer engagement platforms, and mobile measurement partners.
- Ensure accurate data flow and integration between systems to support robust reporting and tracking.
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns while implementing precise tracking mechanisms like UTM parameters and attribution models.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and maintain dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to align strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
- Refine marketing processes to increase efficiency and scalability while staying current with emerging industry technologies.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices for our marketing tools.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing operations role, ideally within an app-focused or tech-driven environment.
- Expertise in Google Analytics, mobile measurement partners, and customer engagement platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and customer data platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working in a mobile app-centric marketing environment.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign experimentation.
- Advanced certifications in relevant marketing technologies.
