About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will act as the architect of our marketing engine, ensuring that our technology, data, and processes are perfectly aligned to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to mature our operations, manage our MarTech stack, and serve as a thought leader in the marketing operations community.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our marketing technology stack, including platforms like Marketo and Salesforce, while leading the integration and automation of systems across our revenue operations.
- Develop sophisticated dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks to provide data-driven insights that optimize lead generation and campaign performance.
- Partner with our demand generation and sales teams to refine lead scoring, routing, and database hygiene, ensuring our marketing efforts translate directly into pipeline velocity.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep technical proficiency in marketing automation tools like Marketo, CRM systems like Salesforce, and analytics platforms such as Looker.
- A strong grasp of lead attribution, funnel metrics, ABM strategies, and data normalization.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and collaborating across sales, finance, and operations teams to achieve revenue goals.

Compensation and Benefits
