The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Americas Marketing team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our Global Analytics and Operations team and our regional field marketing efforts. You will be responsible for representing our marketing data, refining our campaign management processes, and maximizing the impact of our technology stack to help scale our business effectively.
A day in the life
- You will lead our email marketing initiatives, specifically focusing on the Public Sector division, where you will ensure full compliance with FedRAMP policies while optimizing audience engagement and deliverability.
- You will serve as a power user for our core technology stack, including Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring that our integrations remain seamless and our campaign execution is flawless.
- You will act as a data-driven strategist, collaborating across departments to maintain data integrity, monitor the performance of our campaigns, and provide actionable insights that accelerate pipeline growth and improve ROI.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations and a passion for B2B marketing. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on using technology to drive operational efficiency across multiple channels.
- Advanced, hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce, with a preference for candidates who hold Marketo Certified Expert credentials.
- A proven track record of executing complex marketing campaigns, including database management, smart list development, and nurture track configuration.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to build relationships across sales, product, and marketing leadership.
- Please note that US Citizenship is required for this position.
