We are looking for a highly organized and results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Databricks is the data and AI company, and more than 10,000 organizations worldwide, including industry leaders like Comcast and Grammarly, rely on our Data Intelligence Platform to unify and democratize their analytics. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can master the end-to-end execution of our marketing campaigns while effectively managing our offshore agency partners to ensure we meet our business goals.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate with our offshore agency to balance workloads, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate risks to keep our campaigns running smoothly.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of campaign operations, from initial planning and execution to final performance analysis, while collaborating closely with stakeholders like demand generation and field marketing.
- Establish and refine our operational processes to improve scalability, while tracking key performance indicators to ensure we maintain high standards for quality and efficiency.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing operations and a passion for process improvement. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in program management or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and lead cross-border collaboration with offshore teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Wrike.
- An analytical mindset with experience building dashboards in tools like Tableau or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot.
- Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication across our global teams.
What you'll get
We believe in fair and equitable compensation. Depending on your specific work location within the United States, your base salary will fall into one of the following zones:
- Zone 1: $117,200 to $179,800 USD
- Zone 2: $105,500 to $161,800 USD
- Zone 3: $99,600 to $152,800 USD
- Zone 4: $93,800 to $143,800 USD
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation package may include eligibility for annual performance bonuses and equity. We also offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
