The role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our global Marketing Technology and Operations team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Singapore or India (Bangalore and New Delhi). You will play a vital role in optimizing our marketing ecosystem, ensuring our technology stacks are perfectly integrated, and driving business growth through data-driven strategies.

Core responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable marketing operations processes that uphold best practices in campaign execution and lead management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales Operations, Analytics, and Finance to build a holistic view of the revenue funnel and provide clear attribution of marketing ROI.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing automation tools and the development of HTML email templates to streamline workflows and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a technically proficient problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce and major marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Braze, or Pardot.
• Proven ability to write HTML for responsive email templates and manage complex project timelines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in multi-touch attribution, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
