Marketing Operations Manager at StatusPro

At StatusPRO, we are dedicated to building the most immersive and authentic virtual reality sports games in the world. Founded by former athletes, our technology began as a training tool for coaches and players to gain a competitive edge, and it has since evolved into the first fully licensed NFL VR simulation series. We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our marketing and creative departments, ensuring our operations are as strategic and effective as the games we build.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust campaign tracking and analytics systems to provide actionable insights for our leadership team.
• Oversee the marketing budget, which includes managing vendor setups and ensuring all financial processes are handled accurately.
• Establish and refine operational workflows for project intake, prioritization, and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between our creative and marketing teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience working within marketing, operations, or strategic planning roles.
• A proven track record of building efficient processes that scale within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong technical proficiency in managing marketing systems, including CRM platforms and database management.
• A deep commitment to data security and privacy compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex, large-scale concepts into clear and simple strategies.
• The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
