At StatusPRO, we are dedicated to building the most immersive and authentic virtual reality sports games in the world. Founded by former athletes, our technology began as a training tool for coaches and players to gain a competitive edge, and it has since evolved into the first fully licensed NFL VR simulation series. We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our marketing and creative departments, ensuring our operations are as strategic and effective as the games we build.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust campaign tracking and analytics systems to provide actionable insights for our leadership team.
- Oversee the marketing budget, which includes managing vendor setups and ensuring all financial processes are handled accurately.
- Establish and refine operational workflows for project intake, prioritization, and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between our creative and marketing teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience working within marketing, operations, or strategic planning roles.
- A proven track record of building efficient processes that scale within fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in managing marketing systems, including CRM platforms and database management.
- A deep commitment to data security and privacy compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex, large-scale concepts into clear and simple strategies.
- The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
