About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our global Marketing Technology and Operations team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will be the bridge between our marketing, sales, and product stacks. You will be responsible for managing workflows, implementing automation, and ensuring our marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with our business goals. This is a hybrid role designed for a motivated professional who wants to optimize our marketing performance and drive significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end campaign workflows, ensuring that every project is executed efficiently and meets its deadline.
- Build and manage multi-touch attribution dashboards to analyze pipeline performance and optimize our marketing investment across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and Finance, to maintain data hygiene and ensure a holistic view of the revenue funnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and major marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Pardot, or Braze.
- Proficiency in HTML for the creation of responsive email templates.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple initiatives at once.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
Location
This position is based in Singapore or India, with specific office presence in Bangalore and New Delhi.
