What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate directly with our leadership to turn high-level marketing strategies into actionable plans that align with our core business goals.
- You will take ownership of project management by overseeing timelines, workflows, and deliverables for our campaigns, website updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
- You will manage the operational foundation of our marketing department, which includes optimizing our internal tools, refining our processes, and using data insights to maximize our overall efficiency.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing operations and project management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns from start to finish.
- You are highly proficient with project management and collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and similar platforms.
- You have hands-on experience with marketing technology, including Google Analytics, Email Marketing systems, and SEO best practices.
- You are an excellent communicator who can simplify complex ideas and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are based within three hours of the UTC time zone.
- You have a strong command of the English language.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment is a significant plus, as is familiarity with design tools like Canva or Figma.
