We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our fully remote team at User Interviews. We help companies like Amazon, Spotify, and Atlassian build better products by streamlining the way they conduct user research, and you will play a vital role in ensuring our marketing programs operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for our HubSpot instance, managing configurations, optimizations, and system integrations.
- Lead project management efforts for marketing initiatives, creating documentation and processes to improve team efficiency.
- Support our Account-Based Marketing strategy by refining systems for tracking account engagement and moving targets through the funnel.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain data integrity and align marketing systems with sales and customer success teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and attribution.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for marketing operations support and cross-functional collaboration.
Must-haves
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or a similar capacity.
- Proven expertise as a HubSpot administrator, with additional experience in Salesforce preferred.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, specifically regarding ABM motions, pipeline management, and sales coordination.
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship.

The base salary for this position is $100,000.
