What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. In this role, you will be the backbone of our marketing processes, ensuring that our systems are optimized to support our growth and that our data remains accurate and actionable.

What will you do?

• Design and execute lead lifecycle and scoring strategies that improve efficiency and align with industry best practices.
• Take ownership of our Marketo workflows, templates, and smart lists to ensure our campaigns are both effective and easy to track.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity across Marketo and Salesforce, including managing lead routing, campaign attribution, and comprehensive funnel reporting.

What makes you a great fit?

To thrive in this role, you should have a solid background in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You are someone who speaks the language of marketing automation and CRM systems fluently, specifically Marketo and Salesforce. You possess strong analytical and project management skills, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a close eye on the details that matter. We value candidates who are proactive about GDPR compliance and who can collaborate effectively across different departments. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with tools like SalesLoft and Qualified will certainly help you hit the ground running.
