We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Demand Generation team and turn strategy into reliable systems that keep our marketing engine running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Design, validate, and maintain a lead-scoring model aligned with our ICP and target personas.
- Own HubSpot configuration for the marketing function, including campaign segmentation, taxonomy standards, and naming conventions that support reporting and scoring.
- Integrate paid and earned channels into HubSpot to enable accurate measurement and attribution.
- Perform upper-funnel analysis such as MQL-to-SQL conversion reviews to identify what works and what needs improvement.
- Ensure HubSpot and Salesforce stay in sync so lead flow, stages, and triggers operate without friction.
- Enrich data for segmentation and scoring while supporting consent-management operations and GDPR compliance.
- Run A/B tests across email, web, and social channels and deliver performance reports that surface actionable insights.
- Track digital analytics to understand customer journeys and highlight optimization opportunities.
- Monitor data quality in both HubSpot and Salesforce, identify gaps, and resolve issues that could affect lead scoring or pipeline health.
- Review MQL follow-up processes and refine them for speed and efficiency.
- Track HubSpot quality scores, investigate opt-out trends, and test forms and automated flows.
Must-haves
- Several years of hands-on experience in a comparable marketing operations role.
- HubSpot certification or at least five years of practical HubSpot experience.
- Salesforce certification or at least three years of practical Salesforce experience.
- Proven ability to write and run SQL queries.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with tools such as Census or n8n.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Preset, Looker, or Domo.
