What you bring
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will serve as a core member of our marketing department, reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Manager. This is a full-time, mid-level position that is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack and ensuring our data-driven strategies are executed effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering and optimizing our websites, marketing automation tools, and Salesforce instances to support our growth.
- Building and refining our metric tracking and reporting infrastructure to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Managing the integration of third-party applications with our internal systems to ensure seamless lead-to-cash workflows.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong blend of technical expertise and analytical thinking. You should have at least three years of experience within a fast-paced, demand-generation-focused marketing organization, ideally within the SaaS sector. Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, and we prefer candidates who hold a relevant certification. You should be comfortable working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various CMS platforms. A solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is highly valued. We require a bachelor’s degree in a field such as Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or Economics. Beyond your technical skills, you should be a clear communicator who thrives in a lean, fast-moving startup environment and maintains a strong commitment to ethical standards and professional growth.
