About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join us in a full-time, senior-level capacity. In this role, you will oversee the technologies and automations that power our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for refining our marketing processes, managing lead and campaign data, and providing the analytical insights necessary to drive revenue growth across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize our marketing automation and CRM systems, specifically focusing on the integration and data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient lead management processes and actionable campaign strategies.
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness, identify trends, and track the impact of our efforts on B2B customer acquisition.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B, healthcare, or regulated industry.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation and analytics tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- An active HubSpot Marketing Software certification.
- Strong project management skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration across creative, sales, and technical teams.
