Marketing Operations Manager at Celigo

We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this senior role, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing systems and data infrastructure to ensure our teams operate with maximum efficiency and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our marketing technology stack, including CRM and analytics platforms, while serving as a subject matter expert on our own Integrator.io tool to automate workflows.
• Develop and manage scalable processes for campaign execution, lead scoring, and funnel conversion to ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
• Maintain high standards for data integrity and compliance while building dashboards that provide actionable insights into ROI and campaign performance.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Marketing, Business, or Economics.
• At least 5 years of professional experience specifically within marketing analytics or a closely related operational capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency with key industry tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• A strong background in digital marketing channels, A/B testing, and data-driven problem solving.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary for this position, ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 per year, with the final offer determined by your specific experience and location.
