What you'll be doing

• You will own the end-to-end operational support for our marketing and business development efforts, providing strategic guidance during planning and measuring the final results.
• You will manage our marketing automation platform, specifically HubSpot, by optimizing workflows, lists, forms, and integrations to ensure peak performance.
• You will take charge of our data strategy, including defining how we capture and enrich information while maintaining high standards for data hygiene across our systems.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience working in marketing operations.
• Expert-level proficiency in both HubSpot and Salesforce, with certifications in these platforms being a significant advantage.
• A strong understanding of mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales motions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• A technical mindset that allows you to understand and implement effective system architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in English.
