Role at a glance

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a lead-level position designed for an experienced professional who can act as a bridge between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will work directly with our CMO to streamline our processes, manage our resources, and ensure our marketing initiatives are as efficient as they are impactful.

Your impact

• Own team operations: You will build and maintain the systems, tools, and rituals that keep our remote team aligned, including managing our operational hub and automating workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Build cost discipline: You will take charge of our marketing budget, overseeing vendor relationships, managing financial reporting, and ensuring every dollar spent aligns with our strategic objectives.
• Lead stakeholder management: You will serve as a primary liaison between marketing and our cross-functional partners, providing executive leadership with the transparency and insights needed to make informed decisions.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with a deep appreciation for the creator economy and the skills to keep a fast-paced startup running smoothly. You should bring the following to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience in high-growth tech or gaming environments, ideally in a role such as Chief of Staff, Producer, or Project Manager.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong strategic planning abilities and a talent for vendor management.
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence, allowing you to navigate complex organizational dynamics with ease.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 USD per year. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
