What is this role?
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Director to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position designed for an individual contributor who is ready to take ownership of our marketing infrastructure. While you will not have direct reports when you first join, you will play a key role in building and scaling our team as we grow. You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing systems to support both B2B and B2C efforts, ensuring that our technology stack is efficient and our data flows are seamless.
What will you do?
- Architect and manage a robust marketing technology stack that effectively supports our go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee the entire lead management lifecycle, including lead flow, segmentation, scoring, and funnel optimization.
- Collaborate with our data and engineering teams to build comprehensive reporting systems that provide clear insights into campaign performance and revenue generation.

- A proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing marketing tech stacks.
- Fluency in English.
