The opportunity

We are searching for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our marketing execution, working closely with our teams in EMEA and APAC to ensure our operations run smoothly. You will help bridge the gap between global strategy and regional execution, making sure our campaigns and events are delivered with excellence. A day in the life

• You will manage the day-to-day logistics for regional marketing campaigns, ensuring that internal calendars and project timelines stay on track.
• You will coordinate the execution of events, such as crypto conferences and webinars, by liaising with vendors and ensuring our brand presence is consistent across all activations.
• You will serve as a primary point of contact for our go-to-market teams, helping to facilitate communication across time zones and supporting the delivery of essential marketing materials.

Who you are

You are a proactive communicator with 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing operations or event coordination. You thrive when managing multiple deadlines and feel comfortable working in a remote, global setting. Because we operate at the cutting edge of technology, you possess the following:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A high level of comfort with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Figma, and Canva.
• A clear understanding of or a strong interest in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to bridge communication gaps across different cultures and time zones.
