We are currently looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations Analyst to join our fully remote team and help us refine our marketing technology stack.

Key outcomes

• Oversee and refine our HubSpot instance to ensure smooth integration across our sales, marketing, and customer support departments.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of various campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot.
• Manage and iterate on our custom marketing channel ROI dashboards within Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
• Maintain database performance and troubleshoot data storage or retrieval issues, including the management of Google Analytics data exports.
• Write and execute SQL scripts to pull and interpret data from our internal databases.
• Continuously evaluate our marketing technology stack and suggest new integrations or tools to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Three to five years of professional experience in marketing operations or marketing analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, specifically within environments that integrate sales and customer success functions.
• Advanced skills in data analytics, with mastery of Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Big Query.
• Proven experience working with cross-channel marketing attribution models.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across different teams.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work for any employer, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

• Practical familiarity with SEO best practices.
