About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this position, you will work under the guidance of our Senior Director of Product Marketing and Insights to refine our digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for integrating and optimizing key platforms such as HubSpot and Contentful, ensuring our sales and marketing processes are efficient, data-driven, and focused on sustainable revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing technical platform management with creative digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the integration and continuous improvement of our HubSpot CRM and Contentful CMS to ensure seamless data flow, automated workflows, and accurate revenue attribution.
- Collaborate across departments, including product marketing, sales, and IT, to identify process improvements and define requirements for our marketing technology stack.
- Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards that track essential marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing the insights necessary for our teams to make informed, rapid decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on experience managing a headless CMS, specifically Contentful, and a CRM like HubSpot.
- A strong foundation in B2B marketing operations, including a deep understanding of SEO principles and social media metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data analytics to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- A genuine interest in biotechnology and the mission to improve health through natural solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this mid-level position is $75,000 to $84,000. Final compensation is determined based on your unique qualifications, academic background, relevant work experience, and specific job-related skills.
