Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role, and we are open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a vital part in our strategic planning by transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Your impact
- Analyze market data by identifying sources and visualizing information to uncover trends in product adoption, program effectiveness, and overall market needs.
- Manage documentation and reporting by designing clear process documentation and maintaining essential metrics reports to support our business goals.
- Support commercial operations by assisting with customer segmentation, product positioning, and pricing initiatives within Salesforce.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an analytics or related function.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using statistical data packages.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise insights.
- A curious, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, economics, marketing, or computer science, is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce data entry and reporting is highly valued.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
