We are MicroVentures, a prominent equity-based crowdfunding platform, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in connecting startups with potential investors. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to elevate our brand presence and refine the marketing frameworks our partners use to reach their funding goals.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and expand our marketing team.
Oversee key initiatives including content strategy, public relations, social media, creative direction, and website analytics.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to boost brand awareness, user engagement, and investment activity.
Drive user acquisition through targeted digital efforts, such as SEO, SEM, paid social campaigns, email marketing, and newsletters.
Manage our editorial calendar, which encompasses blog posts, white papers, infographics, and email communications.

Must-haves

5 to 7 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within the online marketplace sector.
A strategic mindset that excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical topics to sophisticated audiences.
Excellent interpersonal abilities and a proven track record of collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
A proactive approach to managing your workload and a genuine passion for helping startups share their stories with investors.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience working with startups.
Background in the financial, venture capital, or startup industries.
