At VOLT AI, we provide cutting-edge real-time video intelligence that is transforming how businesses handle security and incident management. Our team is built by veterans from the U.S. Military and major tech firms like Alphabet, Meta, and Amazon, and we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our hybrid team in the United States to help scale our impact.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute industry events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops, to effectively promote our security solutions.
Produce high-quality content such as whitepapers, blog posts, and case studies to establish our thought leadership.
Manage and optimize our HubSpot platform to ensure precise data tracking and effective lead nurturing.
Partner with external SEO and video production agencies to boost our online visibility and organic engagement.
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our brand presence and audience.
Build relationships with our customers to gather success stories and testimonials that highlight the value of our technology.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven professional experience in marketing, specifically within event management, content creation, or digital strategy.
Strong project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A genuine passion for innovation and our mission to improve global safety.

Nice-to-haves

Direct experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
