What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Australia. You will own the strategy for our marketing campaigns and drive growth across our digital channels. Your expertise in Growth, SEO, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Email Marketing will be vital as you lead our efforts to differentiate Zeller in a competitive market.
- Develop and execute creative, bold marketing campaigns that establish Zeller as a leader in financial services.
- Manage and optimize performance across all scalable channels, including paid search, social, display, and email.
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle and journey to drive product adoption, activation, and cross-selling.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical marketer with at least four years of experience, including time spent leading teams or managing complex projects. You should possess a deep understanding of modern marketing channels and a proven ability to use data to measure ROI. We value individuals who are autonomous self-starters with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. While a tertiary education is beneficial, we prioritize candidates who demonstrate a strong track record of relevant experience and a genuine enthusiasm for disruptive branding. You must be fluent in English and ready to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment.
