Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level Marketing Manager position based on-site in New York City. You will join our revenue team as we push toward our next major growth milestones. We are committed to supporting our team members, so we offer relocation assistance for those moving to the area to join us in our office.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that builds brand authority and drives pipeline growth across multiple channels.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content including scripts, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates that resonate with our unique customer base.
- Use data-driven insights and rigorous analytics to optimize our marketing efforts, measure ROI, and shape our long-term growth trajectory.
What you'll need
We are looking for a curious, customer-obsessed generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments. You should have a strong command of the English language and a deep passion for storytelling. Ideal candidates will possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a hyper-growth startup or a research-focused organization.
- A proven ability to translate complex ideas into compelling brand narratives.
- A creative mindset balanced by a strong analytical foundation to inform your decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
- A self-motivated approach to work, with the organization required to manage multiple projects in an ambiguous environment.
