Our goal is to become the ultimate digital CFO for companies throughout the region by leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide agile, transparent, and personalized financial solutions. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Mexico. Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and overall business growth.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products by defining value propositions and commercial approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage our branding and product marketing efforts to ensure a consistent narrative and visual identity that resonates with our customers across all channels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience leading marketing teams within the technology, FinTech, or B2B sectors.
• Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, branding, and product marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with essential marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, CRM platforms like Hubspot, and various data analysis software.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable results.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate across our regional markets.
