Since our founding in Chile in 2019, we have secured significant investment to fuel our expansion across Latin America, with a strong presence in Chile and Mexico. Our goal is to become the ultimate digital CFO for companies throughout the region by leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide agile, transparent, and personalized financial solutions. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Mexico. If you are passionate about shaping the future of B2B finance and want to lead a world-class team, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and overall business growth.
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products by defining value propositions and commercial approaches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage our branding and product marketing efforts to ensure a consistent narrative and visual identity that resonates with our customers across all channels.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience leading marketing teams within the technology, FinTech, or B2B sectors.
Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, branding, and product marketing strategies.
Proficiency with essential marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, CRM platforms like Hubspot, and various data analysis software.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable results.
Fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate across our regional markets.
