Mather is an award-winning leader in the rapidly growing senior living industry, with services spanning from luxury senior living residences to an in-house research team and community-based services. With an expanding service area and growing consumer base, we are looking to add a seasoned Marketing Manager to our team.
We’re seeking a difference-maker and self-starter with an innovator’s mindset, with skills that include strong strategic thinking, creativity, and writing. Must have a minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing/PR. Given Mather’s cross-functional structure your success will also be driven by your ability to lead through experience, insight, business acumen and, above all, as the voice of the consumer and the brand.
This position leads the marketing strategies, planning, and implementation for Mather Institute and select Mather projects, to achieve targeted goals, primarily new lead generation/customer acquisition on a monthly and quarterly basis, growing organizational thought leadership and reputation on a national basis, and works with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals. Drives customer acquisition/downloads and supports occupancy through the implementation of integrated marketing and PR efforts and strategies.
This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid role with onsite collaboration days.
The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual wage paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, geographic location and market changes. Holiday Bonus eligibility, where applicable. The position is also eligible to participate in Mather benefit plans.
