Mather is an award-winning, not-for-profit organization that has been dedicated to helping older adults age well since 1941. We operate luxury senior living residences, community-based services, and an in-house research institute, and we are currently looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for the Mather Institute and various organizational projects.
Drive customer acquisition and lead generation efforts to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Enhance our national reputation and thought leadership through integrated public relations campaigns.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Serve as the primary voice of our brand and our consumers across all marketing channels.
Support occupancy goals through creative and strategic outreach.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing or public relations.
Strong strategic thinking skills and a proven ability to innovate.
Excellent writing and communication abilities.
A self-starting mindset with the ability to lead through business acumen and consumer insight.
Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $91,000 to $110,000 USD. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
