Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementing and directing the marketing activities to support the organization and achieve established sales objectives.
• Establish and communicate marketing objectives
• Plan, organize, direct and control the marketing team to meet defined objectives
• Recruit and hire marketing team
• Coach, counsel, advise and support the marketing sales team
• Establish training programs for the organization’s sales representatives
• Maintain a self-development program to improve marketing skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information and communicate results to company leadership
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
