We are now looking for a creative, data-driven strategist to help us scale our customer base and define our path to profitability.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level Marketing Manager position based in the United States. We operate on a hybrid work model, and we are looking for someone with the startup DNA required to thrive in an early-stage environment while working closely with our leadership team.
Your impact
- Design and run rapid experiments across diverse channels, including performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, referral programs, and industry-specific events.
- Analyze and report on key marketing metrics to provide actionable insights that optimize our campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate directly with our CEO and sales team to develop targeted demand generation strategies that drive pipeline velocity and reach traditionally hard-to-access businesses.
What you'll need
We are looking for a versatile generalist who can handle the complexity of a pre-Series B SaaS environment. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualities:
- At least 3 years of marketing experience within a high-growth SaaS startup.
- A proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1 and managing multiple experiments simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into a compelling narrative.
- Deep familiarity with a wide range of go-to-market strategies, including paid marketing, content, and partnerships.
- A self-starter mindset that thrives in ambiguity and enjoys the fast-paced nature of a startup.
- Bonus points for previous experience in the logistics or supply chain sectors.
