About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will act as a bridge between our Global Marketing and Market Operations teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns that drive user sign-ups, foster community growth, and elevate the overall brand experience. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and play a vital role in shaping our brand development strategy across Central and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing roadmaps that incorporate local insights and effective go-to-market strategies across various platforms.
- Collaborate with Market Managers and cross-functional teams to drive the continuous improvement of our post-expansion strategy.
- Manage community events and shape the local voice of the project while ensuring all marketing efforts maintain our high creative standards and strategic integrity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, strategic consulting, or a related field, preferably within a fast-growing tech environment or high-end consumer brand.
- A proven track record of success, demonstrating your ability to take on responsibility and drive meaningful results in a professional setting.
- Strong skills in marketing strategy, strategic planning, and stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate complex environments.
- Full professional fluency in English and a language relevant to the region.
- A deep understanding of local culture and the most effective ways to engage with diverse communities.
Location
This position is based in Poland.
