At 86 Repairs, we are tackling a massive, often ignored challenge in the restaurant industry: the broken process of equipment repairs and maintenance. While other areas of the business have modernized through technology, the world of facility maintenance has remained stuck in the past. We changed that in 2018 by launching a platform that provides on-demand repair management and preventative maintenance. Our data-driven insights and 24/7 support help restaurants regain control, lower their costs, and free up their teams to focus on what matters most. We are a fully remote, ambitious team spread across the country, and we are looking for passionate people to help us continue our rapid growth.
The role
We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and wants to help us attract new customers while keeping our existing community engaged. You will work closely with our Head of Revenue to shape our marketing strategy, making this an ideal role for a professional looking to deepen their expertise in B2B SaaS marketing.
Core responsibilities
- Lead our sales and partner marketing initiatives by creating compelling collateral, managing physical mailing strategies to generate leads, and building strong relationships with brand-adjacent partners.
- Own the end-to-end coordination of our event presence, including registration, sponsorship management, logistics for marketing materials, and ensuring our sales team receives high-quality leads.
- Drive customer engagement by collaborating with our product team on messaging, managing customer-facing resources, producing regular newsletters, and executing in-product communication strategies.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of creative and analytical skills. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Photoshop for creating social media and web assets.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various content management systems.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and grammar.
- A self-directed mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus additional variable compensation. Beyond the paycheck, we provide a comprehensive package to support your well-being and long-term success:
