The opportunity

We are searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the architect of our email marketing strategy, ensuring that we connect effectively with both businesses and consumers. You will act as a bridge between our mission and our strategic partners, using your expertise in campaign management to influence outcomes and drive meaningful growth. A day in the life

• You will evaluate various marketing opportunities, develop strategic recommendations to meet business goals, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
• You will lead the execution of email campaigns by collaborating closely with agencies, copywriters, and internal partners to ensure every message resonates.
• You will monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and implement smart optimizations to improve efficiency and report on overall program ROI.

Who you are

You are a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for building connections through email. You bring a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of total marketing experience, including 2 or more years specifically focused on planning and executing email campaigns.
• A Bachelor’s degree or, alternatively, three additional years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level marketing automation tools and experience using Salesforce CRM.
• A background working within an agency environment is considered a significant plus.
• Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication across our remote team and partner network.
