We are ClickTime, a market leader in time and expense management software. Our SaaS platform supports thousands of enterprises, nonprofits, and government organizations globally. Since our early days, we have tracked over 160 billion dollars in employee time, helping our clients improve their profitability and workforce efficiency. We have grown to a team of over 40 people while remaining profitable and independent, and we are now preparing for our next phase of expansion. We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful marketer to join us for a 3 to 4 month project. You will report directly to our CEO and play a key role in keeping our current business healthy while helping us prepare for future growth.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep our user community engaged.
- Manage external vendors and freelancers while leveraging AI tools for design, audio, and video production to bring our creative vision to life.
- Create high-quality content for sales enablement and demand generation while managing website updates and supporting our SEO strategy.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing for B2B SaaS products. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and collaborating with a leadership team. Your technical toolkit should include:
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and SFDC.
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, along with a solid understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience managing content within WordPress.
- A proven ability to write effectively for search engines.
- Fluency in English.
