Marketing Manager at Sapphire Ventures, LLC

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Sapphire Ventures is a prominent global technology-focused venture capital firm with approximately $10.8 billion in assets under management. For over a decade, we have partnered with visionary management teams to help scale category-defining companies. We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile marketer to help drive our brand awareness through content creation, social media management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead our social media strategy by managing our firm and partner accounts on LinkedIn and Twitter, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Drive our content strategy by writing and editing high-quality materials including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and presentations while ensuring alignment with our brand voice and SEO goals.
• Act as a collaborative team player who supports various marketing functions, including event coordination, public relations, and digital marketing, while maintaining close coordination with our compliance team.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to our team. You should have approximately 3 years of professional experience in marketing, social media, or content creation, ideally within the venture capital, private equity, or B2B technology sectors. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. You should be proficient with tools such as HubSpot and WordPress, and demonstrate strong skills in project management and copy editing.
