What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will work closely with our VP of Marketing to lead demand generation and client retention campaigns that support our extensive network of higher education clients and prospective partners.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies while crafting compelling messaging for our demand generation campaigns.
- Partner with the North American sales team to build automated prospecting workflows, manage nurture communications, and coordinate high-value events like webinars and panels.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics to gain actionable insights, allowing you to continuously refine and improve our campaign effectiveness.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a portfolio that includes samples of your email, video, and website copy. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once. Because we rely heavily on HubSpot for our digital strategy, deep experience with that platform is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required. If you have previous experience in the edtech sector, that is a major plus for us. We also value familiarity with tools like Canva, Asana, and ChurnZero, though these are optional.
