Role at a glance
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This is a manager-level role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work in a hybrid capacity within the United States, collaborating closely with our B2B marketing, sales, and engineering teams to push our performance initiatives forward.
Your impact
- Take charge of our paid media strategy by building and overseeing daily execution across channels like LinkedIn, X, and Google to drive significant revenue growth.
- Analyze and report on critical performance metrics, including cost per lead and return on ad spend, to synthesize actionable takeaways for the business.
- Identify and implement testing opportunities to optimize our conversion goals and resolve performance issues using tools like Google Analytics.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tech or startup space.
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns directly within platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Google.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Strong project management skills using tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Fluency in English and a proven track record of scaling campaigns with a focus on ROI.
