About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our early-stage software launch by developing and executing a successful go-to-market strategy. This is a remote position that requires a blend of creative vision and strategic execution to help us stand out in the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that effectively drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term retention.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with our core business objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a specific focus on brand development and go-to-market strategy.
A proven track record of scaling marketing efforts within a fast-paced startup environment.
Extensive experience managing omnichannel campaigns, including social media, public relations, and event marketing.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Location

This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on your experience. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and includes:
