About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our early-stage software launch by developing and executing a successful go-to-market strategy. This is a remote position that requires a blend of creative vision and strategic execution to help us stand out in the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media, using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies that effectively drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned with our core business objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a specific focus on brand development and go-to-market strategy.
- A proven track record of scaling marketing efforts within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Extensive experience managing omnichannel campaigns, including social media, public relations, and event marketing.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits
