Marketing Manager at Amtengineering

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing and business development, specifically within the A/E/C or a related professional services industry. You will work closely with a regional Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with our talented marketing team across our various office locations.

What will you do?

• Lead the strategy, planning, and preparation of proposals while managing the entire development process to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain our marketing database by capturing and entering data to track new opportunities and project information.
• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external contacts to identify new contracts, teaming opportunities, and potential projects.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. We are looking for someone who brings a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Key requirements include:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing and proposal development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Vision is considered a significant plus.
• The ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
