Marketing Manager at Tyree and D'Angelo Partners

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager to join Star Dental Partners in Plano, Texas. As a private equity-backed Dental Support Organization, we provide essential non-clinical support to dental practices across the Southeastern United States, and you will play a vital role in driving organic growth and expanding our patient base.

Responsibilities

• Design and carry out marketing strategies to support the growth of our individual partner practices.
• Lead B2C marketing initiatives and campaigns for 20 to 25 key practice locations.
• Focus on increasing new patient acquisition and improving patient retention rates.
• Review and interpret performance data at the location level to refine our marketing approach.
• Evaluate lead flow to identify and remove barriers to conversion.
• Develop digital content and strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media channels.
• Work closely with our digital, clinical, and operational teams to ensure our campaigns deliver measurable results.
• Oversee traditional marketing efforts, including direct mail, signage, and in-office materials.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, ideally within a healthcare, dental, or multi-site retail environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proven success in managing multi-site marketing operations and meeting key performance indicators.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable, innovative strategies.
• Hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
• Proficiency in using Google Ads, analytics tools, and PPC campaigns with a focus on localized tactics.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with strong project management capabilities.
