At Noyo, we are building the essential infrastructure for the benefits ecosystem. We believe that everyone deserves access to benefits that are simple to understand and easy to use. Much like Stripe revolutionized payments and Plaid transformed financial services, we are creating the technology that allows developers to embed benefits directly into any application. We are a fast-growing company backed by top Silicon Valley investors, and we are looking for creative, ambitious people to help us modernize the consumer health and benefits experience.
The role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that plays a central role in our commercial strategy. While we are a distributed team across the United States, we maintain an office in San Francisco and currently prefer candidates who are located in the Bay Area to participate in our hybrid work model, which includes in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Core responsibilities
- Create high-value, engaging content that supports our core marketing campaigns, always prioritizing quality over quantity.
- Develop community-focused programs that provide value to our audience through thought leadership, product education, and in-person event programming.
- Own the end-to-end content planning and production process while collaborating with stakeholders across the company to analyze performance metrics and optimize our strategy.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience driving successful, multi-channel content programs within the B2B technology or SaaS sectors.
- A gifted storyteller with a journalistic approach who can quickly master complex industry dynamics and technical product details.
- Proven experience in a startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and the ability to manage projects independently.
- A strong grasp of modern marketing best practices, channels, and tools, combined with a metrics-driven, test-and-iterate mindset.
- Fluency in English and a genuine interest in the technology we are building at Noyo.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary for this position is $110,000 to $132,000 annually. We take a location-agnostic approach to compensation, meaning your pay is not determined by where you live. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our success.
- Support for your growth through professional development opportunities.
- A flexible hybrid work environment.
How to apply
If you are passionate about our mission and have the experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application to be considered for this role, and we will review your background to see how your skills align with our current needs.
