We are searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Netherlands. As the world’s largest independent dance music label, we have been shaping the electronic music scene since 2003. Founded by Armin van Buuren, Maykel Piron, and David Lewis, our company represents global stars like Lilly Palmer, D.O.D, and Loud Luxury. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes music strategy and is eager to help us promote our artists to a worldwide audience from our vibrant headquarters.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotional strategies for a dedicated roster of artists and music releases.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including A&R, product management, and social media, to execute campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
Maintain oversight of artist positioning and project budgets while keeping stakeholders informed on campaign progress and performance metrics.

Requirements

A relevant degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience, specifically within the digital marketing landscape.
Deep knowledge of the music industry, particularly electronic music, along with a strong professional network.
Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site near Amsterdam.
