What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Belgium on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will serve as the driving force behind the growth of our iconic brands. You will be responsible for crafting and executing our B2C marketing strategy, ensuring our market position remains strong while increasing brand awareness to drive consumer purchases. This is a leadership role where you will manage a Product Manager and a Social Media Expert, working closely with our sales teams and reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing plans and long-term strategies for the Belgian market.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from initial strategy and coordination with external agencies to monitoring performance against key metrics and ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget and leverage consumer insights to refine our digital presence, product messaging, and brand identity across all channels.

We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings a blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise. You should possess the following qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant marketing experience within the FMCG sector.
- Deep expertise in brand building, market analysis, and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze campaign data, and lead teams with a coaching mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
- A genuine interest in cooking and healthy food.
